Financial custody – business relations

Deposit with lawyer is carried on mostly in connection with:

  • contract realization (deposit of the purchase price, price of a work and other payments)
  • custody of so-called retaining lien within eliminating demerits
  • making a contract for work done where it is subsequently taken from custody on construction and refunding other costs within its realization (after bringing up invoices, written protocol about transferring certain stadium of work etc.)
