Financial custody – real property

Deposit with lawyer is carried on mostly in connection with:

  • buying and selling real property (buildings, non-residential facilities, flats, land)
  • signing pre-contracts or sales contracts
  • releasing of financial custody is usually bound to bringing up the copy of an entry in the Land Register
  • payment of real estate transfer tax (the amount of money is directly sent to tax office account)


Financial means are stored on special bank’s accounts and can be interested on the amout if the client wants so. The amounts up to EUR 15.000,- can be taken over in cash. Other payments are non-cash.
